How do I upgrade to VIP or Diamond?
Go to your Dashboard → Subscription → choose a plan → pay via cryptocurrency. Your account upgrades automatically once payment is confirmed.
Why can I not see certain signals?
VIP and Diamond signals are only visible to paying subscribers. Historical (closed) signals are visible to all users for transparency.
How do I enable push notifications on the mobile app?
After installing the app, allow notification permissions when prompted. You can also enable them later in your device Settings → Notifications → FX Wired.
How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security → Enable 2FA. You will need an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
My payment went through but my account was not upgraded.
Crypto confirmations typically take 5-30 minutes depending on network congestion. If your account has not upgraded after 1 hour, contact us with your transaction hash.
Can I get a refund?
Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. If you believe there was an error, contact us within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@fxwired.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 5 business days.
