Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, username, first name, last name, phone number, and country. This information is required to create and manage your account.

Profile Data: You may optionally provide a profile picture (avatar URL), Telegram username, and a USDT wallet address for profit payouts if you participate in our copy-trading program.

Authentication Data: We store hashed passwords (never plain text), JWT refresh tokens, two-factor authentication secrets (if enabled), and email verification tokens. We also log your last login timestamp and IP address for security purposes.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect cryptocurrency transaction hashes, wallet addresses, and payment amounts. We do not collect or store credit card numbers.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including which signals you view, pages visited, and features used.

Device Information: When you use our mobile application, we collect your device push notification token (FCM token) to deliver real-time signal alerts. We also collect your device platform (Android or iOS).

Technical Data: We may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs to improve the Service and for security monitoring.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
• Deliver trading signals, alerts, and educational content
• Send push notifications, in-app notifications, and email alerts about new signals and status updates
• Process subscription payments and manage your subscription plan
• Calculate and distribute profit/loss for copy-trading participants

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

• Railway — cloud hosting and PostgreSQL database
• Vercel — web application hosting
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notifications for mobile app
• NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing
• Telegram — optional Telegram bot notifications (only if you connect your account)

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Business Transfers: If we are acquired or merge with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

• Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account
• After account deletion, we retain anonymised usage data for analytics
• Payment records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
• Push notification tokens are deleted when you log out or uninstall the app
• Login logs and IP records are retained for 90 days for security purposes

Our mobile application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you push notifications about new trading signals, signal updates, and account activity.

You can manage notification permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your access to the Service — you can still view signals within the app.

We store your FCM device token securely and use it solely to deliver notifications relevant to your subscription tier. We do not share FCM tokens with third parties.

Our website uses the following types of cookies and local storage:

• Essential cookies: Authentication tokens (JWT) stored in memory and secure HTTP-only cookies for session management
• Local storage: Your authentication state and user preferences stored locally on your device
• Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage patterns (no cross-site tracking)

Our mobile application does not use browser cookies. Authentication tokens are stored securely using platform-native secure storage.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
• All data transmission is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts
• JWT tokens are short-lived (15 minutes) with secure refresh token rotation
• Database access is restricted to authorised services only

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Portability: Request transfer of your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing of your personal data
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Trading and investment content is intended for adults only.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Our hosting providers (Railway, Vercel) operate data centres in multiple regions. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
