Terms of Service

By accessing or using FX Wired (the “Service”) — including our website, web application, and mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice within the app.

FX Wired is an independent trading research and signal platform that provides:

• Forex, commodity, crypto, and index trading signal alerts
• Technical analysis and trade commentary
• Educational content about trading strategies and risk management
• Portfolio and trade tracking tools
• Optional copy-trading participation for verified investors

All signals and analysis are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Ensure that trading financial instruments is legal in your country or jurisdiction

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not comply.

Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

One account per person: Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription restrictions or bans is prohibited.

Account suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform.

Plans: FX Wired offers Free, VIP, and Diamond (VVIP) subscription tiers. Each tier provides different levels of access to signals and features.

Payment: Paid subscriptions are processed via cryptocurrency payment (NOWPayments). Payments are non-refundable once processed unless required by applicable law.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for renewing your subscription before expiry to maintain access to paid features.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.

Free tier: Free accounts have access to a limited subset of signals. We may change which signals are available to free users at any time.

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read carefully.

• FX Wired is not a licensed financial advisor, investment adviser, broker, or dealer
• Trading signals are based on technical analysis and are not personalised investment advice
• All trading decisions are made solely by you. You bear full responsibility for your trading activity
• Historical signal performance is not a guarantee of future results
• You should consult a licensed financial adviser before making any investment decisions
• Trading forex and CFDs is high-risk. You may lose your entire capital

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that any trading activity you undertake based on signals or information from FX Wired is at your own risk.

Participation in the FX Wired copy-trading or investor program is subject to separate terms and conditions. Key points:

• Copy trading involves following trades executed by FX Wired administrators
• Past performance of the copy-trading program does not guarantee future returns
• Capital is at risk. You may receive less than your invested amount
• Performance fees are deducted from profits as disclosed at the time of joining
• We reserve the right to close the investor program to new participants at any time

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute signals or content to third parties (including other trading groups)
• Screenshot or copy signals for redistribution without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or system components
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Use bots or automated tools to access the Service

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All content on the Service — including signals, analysis, charts, educational material, logos, and software — is the property of FX Wired and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FX Wired and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred based on our signals or analysis
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors
• Errors or inaccuracies in signal data or pricing information

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FX Wired, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@fxwired.com.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If you downloaded our app from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, these Terms govern to the extent permitted.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services. Apple has no warranty obligations for the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app.
